Jinal Shah
Founder & Managing DirectorJinal Shah is a seasoned aviation professional with over 15 years of experience in aircraft engineering, continuing airworthiness management (CAMO), and aircraft leasing. With deep experience navigating both FAA and EASA regulatory environments, he has supported premier global lessors such as Aircastle, Castlelake, SMBC Aviation Capital, and Jackson Square Aviation as a technical consultant with their re-delivery requirements.
His background includes technical roles at major airlines, including Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS), Delta Air Lines, and Allegiant Air. Notably, while at Allegiant Air, he established and managed a multi-disciplinary fleet integration team, successfully overseeing the induction and Entry-Into-Service (EIS) of 30+ A320 family aircraft in just 22 months.
Jinal holds a BSc in Aerospace Engineering with a concentration in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL, a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland, and is an ISTAT (International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading) member.
